MASTERCLASS PAINTING WORKSHOP

DESCRIPTION

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Join me as I show you how I created the series of oil paintings 'Lawrenny Sunrise'.  We'll work in high quality acrylics on an 18 x 22” canvas board. I’ll show you how to build your painting in layers, working whole canvas, demonstrating each stage as we go. It will be an enjoyable day where we'll go from blank white canvas to a fully formed painting.  There'll be a 30 min break in the middle of the session. WHAT IT INCLUDES The price of the workshop includes all materials & equipment (except brushes), tuition and venue. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING You’ll need to wear suitable clothes, and bring a hand towel, refreshments and lunch. Please bring along a range of large brushes including: a 1-2” decorators brush and something like Daler Rowney Graduate long filbert bristle brushes numbers 4 and 8. One or two softer filbert brushes may also be useful. BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

The price shown is per person and the session requires three participants for it to go ahead. If for any reason the session is postponed or cancelled an alternative date and or workshop will be offered. You can cancel your booking with a full refund up to 14 days before the course or workshop start date. After this point refunds will be at Louise's discretion and will depend upon your place being filled by another participant. *COVID REQUIREMENTS Please note that sessions will be run according to the latest Welsh Government advice on the COVID pandemic. Details of any restrictions or requirements will be included in an email sent a week before your workshop or course is due to begin. Please manage your own risk and check with Louise prior to booking if you have specific requirements due to COVID (for example if you feel uncomfortable working in an indoor environment) or for any other reason.
